Location is amazing !!The room looks like the picture is big and comfortable.
The pool was closed on tower 3 but you can use mgm grand that is amazing pool!
The room looks really nice but It's like outdated, the room would have to be modernised.
- OMG! The attention from the staff on the reception, I was on tower 3, this ladies they don’t have any experience as customer service , they didn’t explain to you where is the gym, timings of the pool where is the bar nothing ! They were super rude

Access to the MGM casino
Maintenance hours need to change. You should move there hours back at least two hours so people can make sure they don’t have any issues before they leave. I have reserved two rooms and both had issues, and was informed I’d have to wait until the next day to have addressed.
