Simple but well equipped and spacious apartment near the main beaches in Giardini Naxos. Very good value for the price. Self check in was very easy and the communication with the owner was great and smooth.
Soundproof walls don’t help with hearing the stairs and doors in the house and the noise from the street which can be really loud, especially in the weekends. But if you are not too sensitive to noise, than this is a wonderful 10star accommodation. We were unlucky to get weekend, a public holiday and a reconstructions in the street, so the noise was constant, but that is not the issue of the apartment :)

Zentrale Lage, Wohnung entsprach den Angaben, schöner als erhofft, geräumige Wohnung, sauber, neue Möbel, schönes geräumiges Bad, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspühler inkl. Taps vorhanden.
Steile aber kurze Treppe um in die Wohnung zu gelange.

Very good location, 3 minutes away from the bus station, 3 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes to supermarket. The apartment is really big, enough space in the bathroom, 2 bedrooms. It is more spacious that apear in the pictures. Verry well equiped, can find all consumables you need. The beach nearby is the best in the area. Good wifi.

Appartamento molto pratico per 5 -6 persone. Arredato benissimo, praticamente non mancava niente.Pulito e vicinissimo al mare . Negozi vari e ristoranti vicini. Parcheggiato a pagamento a 100 m per 15€/24 ore . Comunicazione perfetta e molto positiva per il check in/out.
