The apartment is in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The apartment decor is very well thought out, stylish, beautiful, and also practical. It is exactly as shown in the photos. It has small details that make you feel at home, like a small blanket to use when you watch TV, and many cushions on the sofa and bed. The kitchen has everything you may need, they supply the salt, sugar, and olive oil. Both the washing and drying machines are new. The concierge works 24 hours, with the father during the day, and his son stays at night, both are very helpful and nice. We had a little problem the night we arrived, the tube of the curtain fell when I was going to pull the curtains down crushing the neck of a flamingo statue. We reported the incident immediately to the owner accompanied by photos. The owner answered that they will send someone to fix it (this happened during the weekend and we left on Monday very early).

Nothing, everything about the apartment is great and beautiful.

Que si le pones seguro a la puerta de entrada se traba y tienes que pagar $1000, que si le mueves ala llave de la regadera otros $1000. The apartment is very well located in a safe neighborhood, close to great spots for breakfast and within walking distance of Chapultepec Park. The building's receptionist, Marcelo, was also very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that affected my experience. The shower drain was clogged, and the bathroom window was broken and couldn’t be closed properly, which made it quite cold in the mornings. I reached out to the host about these problems but didn’t receive any response.
