Wonderfully friendly staff (the lady at the desk was truly 10/10 and the cleaner that we passed in the hall on most mornings always had a smile and something nice to say to me and my son). The apt was extremely well equipped, mostly very clean (found a few small hairs on the sheets 😬), small space but very adequate for our week-long stay (1 adult + 1 child). Lots of storage space and a handy shoe-rack in the entrance hall. Great TV in the living room and a decent sized TV in the bedroom too. Nice view of the forest across the road and from the terrace can see how busy or quiet the town is, but with the door closed we didn't notice any noise.
The fridge was a bit weak and I'd worry about using it for more than a week, but it was totally fine for our stay. The only serious worry was that we assumed the door locked upon closing when we went out on our first day... but you need to lock it with the key!
