Clean, convenient, cozy, parking available on site. Reliable wifi connection. I saw a few comments that the apartments were chilly, but when we entered central heating was on, it was just what we needed after being out in the cold for hours before that. The bed is a bit small, it’s a double, so it can be a tight squeeze if you’re used to bigger size beds but overall comfortable. I would recommend them!
The only thing that was overwhelming for us is the amount of emails and reminders. Short and simple instructions are a preference as we’re all busy, if people need to scroll - it’s too long. I’d genuinely recommend reconsidering the approach as someone who works in the travel industry as well.
