Très bien situé dans la ville de Royan permettant de visiter sans prendre la voiture. Espace extérieur confortable pour lire et déjeuner. Equipement de qualité, moustiquaire, terrasse isolante lors des grandes chaleurs.
Une amélioration pourrait être portée sur la capacité du réfrigérateur.

Le confort, l’autonomie, l’emplacement (et les petites visites du chat) étaient fort appréciables. Une adresse à retenir pour passer un séjour non loin de l’océan et du centre-ville.
