Pesvebi Design Hotel and Cellar

A very nice and clean room with thoughtful decor and amazing views. The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The option to arrange lunch or dinner from their restaurant in the city was also a thoughtful service, though we didn't order it. We hadn't selected breakfast while booking and added it later at the hotel. It was GEL 30 per person per day and felt a little expensive compared with other options. Since the breakfast was great, I would suggest checking the prices with and without breakfast and choosing accordingly.

The hotel is a little away from the main town, so having a vehicle is convenient. The Wi-Fi was quite poor and almost unusable during our stay. It wasn't an issue for us as we had local SIM cards with mobile data, but it's something other guests should be aware of. Otherwise, nothing else to complain about.

Chambre spacieuse, vue magnifique, adapté aux handicapés. Belle terrasse pour manger ou prendre un verre.

Nice and new room with convenient amenities. We enjoyed watching YouTube on the TV. There is also a sandwich maker in the room, should you need one ;)

This is not a design hotel and certainly not a wine cellar. The lady at the reception didn't speak English. Instead of greeting us, she was fumbling with her phone, calling someone who would. No hello, no smile. Wtf? Cluttered breakfast area, which looks more like a messy rumpus or storage room. Lot's of toys and random items that don't really belong here. The breakfast itself seems to follow the principle of "quantity over quality". There were many options, but nothing was truly enjoyable. Also, the coffee machine and the coffee it produced were disgusting: a 90s second-hand Italian plastic ATM-like coffee vending machine. Some guests didn't say hello either, which added to the awkward atmosphere. The surroundings of the house were cluttered with random stuff, which gave it a chaotic feel (a chewing gum machine, laundry, ping pong table, a small plastic fountain). A pool is under construction, so the backyard of the hotel is a construction side and you hear the workers during the day. When we checked out, a man told us: "please come again". Maybe inquire if the stay was nice next time instead? I'm still giving it a "better" rating because the room itself was nice and clean.
