Adorable 1 bedroom Unit in Coombs

Great location for Stromlo MTB park

No off-street parking and gets very hot in summer. There is one AC system in the lounge but it doesn't face the bedroom so the bedroom takes a long time to cool down (even after sun down). Windows can only be opened a crack due to the security locks (despite it being 2nd level) so just run the AC as soon as you get in to try and chill the place down Otherwise it's a great spot

Location was fantastic. Easy access. Street parking. Was cosy. The hot shower. The air con/heating.

Kitchen benches, cupboards, pots, Coffee machine could be cleaner. Lounge needed a rug. I saw rug in picture booking but no rug when we arrived to stay. Sofa bed needs a clean. Bed Pillows didn’t have pillow protectors. Bedding needed a clean. Washing machine cold water tap was leaking while using the machine so water got out. Had to use towels and the spare bedding to keep the water from flooding the apartment. Even with the washing machine off it ended up flooding the kitchen and dining area. The tap needed to be retightened possibly a new washer. Ended up turning the water off to the cold water leaking tap to the washing machine- it did the trick and I ended up using the hot water to wash my clothes etc. It worked fine. Beware not to turn the cold water tap on to the washing machine otherwise you will have this problem, especially if the owner hasn’t fixed the problem. I did let the owner know the second it was happening. I hope they fixed it. Wet kitchen sponges in the kitchen cupboard - that wasn’t nice. Kitchen sponges need to be tossed and put clean new ones. Fridge needs a better clean. The owner needs to get a better cleaner to do a better cleaning job!!!!
