Ariadni Vista Mare Villa by "elite"

Villa molto bella, spaziosa e ben organizzata, anche perché composta da due appartamenti. È utile sapere che nell’appartamento più grande, dove si trovano le due camere da letto, ci sono due bagni ma un’unica doccia. Noi eravamo in 6 adulti e non abbiamo avuto assolutamente problemi. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata e non manca nulla, compresi olio, aceto, sale e diverse spezie. La piscina è davvero bella e il barbecue è un vero punto forte! La villa è immersa nella tranquillità e completamente isolata, ideale per chi cerca relax e privacy. Allo stesso tempo, con l’auto si raggiungono facilmente tutti i servizi e i luoghi di interesse. La proprietaria è stata davvero molto disponibile, gentile e carina. Consigliamo assolutamente questa villa, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Идеальное место для семейного тихого отдыха! Вила с отличным бассейном в оливковой роще! Все было просто супер: идеальная чистота, теплая вода в бассейне. Бассейн чистился каждый день. Вилла состоит из двух отдельных зданий: в одном номер на 2 человек( одна двуспальная кровать), свой санузел и кухня со всем необходимым+большой холодильник. Второй номер- 2 спальни + свой санузел+ кухня+ холодильник! Кухня также полностью с посудой, плитой, духовкой! Большая стол в гостиной, за которым мы всей семьей собирались! Есть зона барбекю. Хозяйка испекла нам очень вкусны пирог, большое спасибо!! Рядом с виллой вблизи нет соседей, поэтому можно и музыку громко послушать и детей не ограничивать, когда они бесятся в бассейне- никому не помешаете. Удобно, что машины можно парковать на территории виллы, в полной безопасности( есть камеры видеонаблюдения).

Very spacious house and courtyard, located in a secluded area so you have privacy and quiet. The pool was nice and the water warm. Everything was clean and the amenity is fully equipped so that you can have everything you need for a relaxing time. There is a beautiful mix between old and new in the house, that made it cosy. Close by there are restaurants and supermarkets, but you do need a car. Also, in 10 minutes drive you can get to Laganas and other beaches nearby. The owner was kind and brought us fresh eggs one morning. Thank you for your hospitality. The stray cats were our friends and guardians all week long 🥰.

Being 6 people, it would have been nice to have the trash taken away more than once in a week, but we managed nevertheless.

The size of the property and facilities offered.

Approach. It is a new property, I arrived at 10pm with family and literally it was like moving through jungles. My kids were petrified. I had to knock neighbours door to find out the location. The host should have mentioned in addition to providing location coordinates that the property is new and not yet on google maps.
