The unit was large with a separate dining room, living room, and kitchen but only one bathroom. The bedrooms were good size as well.

Entry instructions provided a code for the unit door but not the code for the garage or the building itself. We had to call customer service and it took several attempts until they were finally able to find the code for the exterior door to the building. When renting this unit make sure you get all three codes (garage, building, and unit).

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zu unserer Zeit im November war die Wohnung gut geheizt. Um Trinkwasser zu erhalten, gab es eine Karaffe mit Filter. Das hat gut funktioniert. Wir haben Busfahrten zum Red Rock mit Amphitheater und zu den Rocky Mountains unternommen. Außerdem waren wir bei den Colorado Avalanche (Eishockey) und bei den Denver Broncos (Football). Das waren tolle Erlebnisse.

Die Teppiche waren schon sehr abgenutzt.

This is a second floor unit. The facility was clean and provided sufficient space for a family of 3. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had basic staples (pots, pans, seasonings, cleaning supplies), and there is wifi. The location is close to a lot of different Denver and surrounding area locations.

The location is close to a lot of things in Denver (which is great!), but there are a lot of homeless people in the immediate area of the unit. This made the location not as walkable for a family with a small child, which was something we were hoping to be able to do given the description of the location. If I had known how prevalent this was in this particular area of Denver, I might have considered another space.

Very clean, roomy, nice location

The walls were very thin so you can hear a lot of noise.
