The location is impeccable. The Sloans Lake is a wonderful place for a morning run/walk. You are not far from the downtown (10 mins/car, 30mins/bus, 50mins/walk).
The apartment was clean, neat, and tidy. The host has provided some extra coffee and tea, which I loved and enjoyed. Cleaning utilities (no washing machine) and extra board games are available.
It just needs to be stated that the apartment is on the basement level. I did not know this at the time of booking the place.

It was a comfortable apartment, well appointed, nicely decorated and had everything that I needed.
It would be helpful if the light pulley could be accessible from the top of the stairs.

Apartment modern and well furnished.
No possibility for early check-in
The door electronic key expires straightaway at the check-out time. This is really disappointing, if you close the door and forget someting inside you cannot enter anymore.
The neighborhood is dangerous (many homeless and drug addicted). Someone pissed outside the entrance, disgusting and stinky
