I loved the place, it had 3 balconies and very good restaurant in the nearness with fantastic food, just near the sea.

Everything was more than OK : quite new building , big rooms ( AC in everyone ) , 3 balconies, side sea view, we have everything we need in the kitchen, , parking in the front of the building, very nice restaurant 150 m. far ( Paradiso - decent prices-I recommend steamed mussels ) , mosquitos nets on every door/window .
It is a very quiet area 1 km. far by main resort , nice beach around 400 m - free sunbeds versus a very decent order to the beach bar.
Is not owner fault but be aware of mosquitos, in the night you will need a repellent for outdoor " activities" - terrace, balcony, restaurant, etc.

The apartment is very nice. The location is close to the beach (though very far from the restaurants and other businesses). The A/C units were very effective. The beds were comfortable. Street parking was easy to find. The apartment is up one set of stairs (so there is no one above you to make any noise), as a result it is quiet in the apartment. All the neighbouring units on the street were occupied by Bulgarians, so if you are a Bulgarian you will find it very convenient.
I received no email from the owner telling me how to obtain the keys. He did no answer the first three phone calls seeking information about how to check in. The owner is in Italy, so there is no local help. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned. There was no WiFi, nor any information about a password. If the owner had sent an email with information I would have given this apartment a "10".
