Good location, parking, modern, clean, basic, great management

The property is clean and very basic, the instructions to get the keys and checkin was very easy, the host is extremely responsive and very helpful, we asked for utilities and they were immediately sent over by a professional person, the location is ideal to drive to other destinations, the apartment is recently remodeled, so all utilities are new, parking is easy no need to worry about finding spots, the neighborhood seems to be quite and peaceful

There is no couch or living room furnishing, all the seating arrangements are the dining room chairs which are very basic, so if you are planning to stay in the apartment for long time it will be uncomfortable. If you plan on spending all day outside it is OK. They charge a very large one time cleaning fee, on top of the cleaning fee they request an insurance and ask you to clean the apartment before you leave, and you need to enter all the details of your credit card on their site (to charge city tax and use it as guarantee in case you did not clean as per regulations-however they did not withdraw the insurance ) and you also need to enter the details and passports of all occupants and sign an electronic lease on their site, since we already entered credit card info with booking (and paid) it did not seem right. Also we had multiple tries with the data entry to the website and we had to ask for their assistance so we can enter all the information of the people visiting it was not smooth and some of it unnecessary and was also not comfortable entering all this private data to their site.

I love how central it was to the main street and restaurants. And how easy it was to find. We had a hire car, so parking was a bit tight at times, but this is no reflection on the apartment. Loved the two bathrooms.

If I had to search for something, maybe just refill the hand soap in the bathrooms as there wasn’t much and we had to buy refills on say 3 of our 12 day stay. But this isn’t a deal breaker.

One of the toilet seats had a crack and fully broke when we went to toilet could have cut us and the mattresses were very uncomfortable

Difficoltà di parcheggio, letti molto scomodi (uno addirittura con le doghe montate al contrario) e piumini sporchi, vistosa chiazza di muffa in corridoio dietro alla lavatrice, soffione della doccia con pochissima pressione, check-in complicato dalla necessità di allegare copia delle carte di identità di tutti gli ospiti prima di entrare in appartamento Nel complesso accettabile ma con AMPIO margine di miglioramento.
