I would like better understanding about the situation

Had a problem with getting the correct room once I call the manager it got handled

I ask for the room to get cleaned no one never showed up my Tv was not work for a whole day. Some of the items in the kitchen was broke.

Quieter than Napa, easy on and off to the freeways. Residence Inn is very reasonable for the extra room and kitchenette

Would not stay there again

Friendly staff, good breakfast, beds were comfortable, kitchen was large, strip mall close by for food.

Toilet seat broke and no one ever came to fix it, no room cleaning or fresh towels over 4 days, sofa bed was not made even though our reservation was for 5, terrible water pressure and a very loud AC system on top of loud guest with apparently no insulation in the walls.

Comfortable and clean!

The hotel and room were very clean. The full kitchen, dining table and living room were very comfortable. It was nice to have the bedroom separate for privacy.

The “master switch”. I appreciate the idea of energy efficiency, however it would’ve been helpful if we were told at the front desk that we needed to insert our card for the power to work. And, the electric curtains and blinds. Labels on the remotes would’ve been helpful as well.

I would stay here again, but they need to fix a few things

They gave us the wrong room and we had to wait for the correct one. We ran out of toilet paper and they gave us Kleenex boxes.

RARE STAY!

I happened to be amongst a very rare group of people that could say they stayed in a brand new hotel. Just opened July 2023. Couldn't have been nicer! Every employee that I encountered from housekeeping all the way to the front desk was as pleasant as could be. Probably also partly due to the fact that they are amongst a rare group of people that can say they get to work at a brand new hotel.

There's really nothing walking distance from the hotel that I'm aware of along the lines of gas stations or convenience stores but I'm not even 100% sure on that. That being the case, in the future something could always end up being built close by. Also, if that's the only bad thing you can say about a hotel, that's not really that bad.

Since it just opened two weeks ago, everything was sparkly clean. I was the first one to stay in one of the rooms that was assigned. Beds were a little stiff, but slept like a baby. Very quiet and conveniently placed a couple blocks away from a shopping plaza/eateries.
