B&B run by a very nice woman (and 4 nice kitties). Room was spacious & clean with an en-suite bathroom/shower. Common areas are nice. Tucked away from the street down a sheltered alley, so it can be hard to spot the entrance.

Location is very central and convenient. With quiet, clean and home feel room.
The lounge is very pleasant to sit, with a lot of plants and couple of cats.
Very friendly staff giving assistance in every way possible.

I really loved staying at Ilili House in Chiang Mai. It’s a lovely little homestay located on one of the main streets, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
The lady who runs the property was incredibly friendly and accommodating and made the stay feel very welcoming and personal. One of the highlights for me was the cats and adorable kittens around the property — they made me miss my own cat a little less and I definitely enjoyed getting plenty of cat-patting time!
The rooms were nice and spacious, and there’s a great little communal area where guests can relax, chat with each other, and enjoy a coffee with some fruit or biscuits. It created a really warm and social atmosphere.
Overall, a very comfortable and charming place to stay — I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again.
