Great value!

Even though the building is old, the apartment is very modern and cozy, it has everything needed to have a nice stay. The location is also real good, within walking distance (like 5 minutes or so). We travel with a toddler so having a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher is great. Air conditioner also works like a charm

The balcony. Is not that I didn't like it, but since we traveled with a toddler you needed to be extra aware of the balcony. But it is really cool to have a cup of coffee in the morning there

Clean, comfortable, quiet, great location in the old town easy walk to the sea front.

Great location, nice and clean, good facilities, comfortable with nice little extras provided such as tea, coffee, milk, orange juice etc.

Had to park a good 10-12 minutes walk away to find free safe parking. The property needed a tea towel, some hangers for clothes and mats to put drinks on. The stairs up to the apartment were quite steep, but weren’t an issue for us but could be for people with large bags.

Perfect break in a stunning place with fantastic accommodation and host.

The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, clean and all facilities you needed. Location was perfect short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and tram station. Kike our host was fantastic so helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. What a pretty town Villajoyosa is, absolutely stunning. Many thanks Kike we had an amazing stay, we will definitely be back. Really nice place to stay very comfortable with quality fixtures & fittings. Kiki is a very good & helpful host who recommended restaurants for us etc. it is only a short walk from the tram with good views from the bedroom window of the sea & the towns bridges

Lovely modern apartment in the beautiful old town.

We booked our stay last minute. The communication was very good and it was easy to get into the property. The apartment has been updated sympathetically and to a high standard with an old piece of art (a sailboat) that had been etched into the wall, left as a focal point. The location is fabulous - it is in one of the houses that hang over the river bed - with easy access to the beach and the old town, and also the more modern part of town for shops, restaurants etc.

The wi-fi was not good on our first evening, however it was okay in the morning.

De ligging. Je loopt zo naar de boulevard en de zee, evenals naar het centrum. Verder is het schoon, de hygiëne is goed. Het contact met de host verliep heel soepen en snel. Eigenlijk was alles prima!

La casa es como se ve en las fotos, muy bien decorada y completa. La cama y almohadas muy cómoda y la ducha genial. La cocina muy bien equipada y Kike tuvo el detalle de dejarnos hasta cosas de desayuno y agua <3

El único problema que te puedes encontrar es que las escaleras de entrada son un poco empinadas.

Erg mooi gerenoveerd pand, zeer hygiënisch. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder.

Jammer dat het dicht tegen de weg ligt, waardoor je ‘ s morgens het verkeer hoorde.

Urlaub in der schönsten Kleinstadt der Region.

Wir sind Öffi-fahrer, daher war die Lage in der Nähe der Bahnstation und in der Altstadt genau richtig. Gastgeberin Kike hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt. Die wichtigsten Geschäfte waren fast nebenan und jeden Tag geöffnet, die Restaurants am Strand waren schnell erreichbar, es gab aber hauptsächlich nur Touristenessen, wie üblich.

Das Apartment liegt direkt unter dem Dach und über eine sehr steile, schmale Treppe erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer zum Fluss schauend war vom Verkehr auf der nahen Brücke laut, das Fenster (Tür) musste zubleiben. Der Wohnraum schaut auf die Gasse und war dementsprechend finster.

Nada, por decir algo,para mí no tuve problema,pero habrá gente con movilidad reducida que le afecte,hay escaleras estrechas y a la playa una pequeña bajada que luego hay que subir,pero vamos nada del otro mundo

La atención por parte de Kike fue muy buena. Muy atento en todo momento y nos ayudó con todas nuestras dudas y nos asesoró muy bien sobre qué hacer por la zona. La casa es una auténtica maravilla en cuanto a decoración y utensilios. Tiene todo lo necesario y más para pasar unos días muy cómodos: Netflix, aire acondicionado, lavadora, lavaplatos, secador...

La ubicación excelente, junto a la plaza de la Iglesia y la calle Mayor, puedes moverte fácilmente por toda La Vila. El apartamento está impecable con todos los detalles cuidados, ha sido renovado hace poco tiempo y es evidente que se ha puesto mimo. El anfitrión,, aunque no nos conocimos personalmente, fue super amable ofreciéndome consejos y sugerencias y siempre pendiente por wassapp de que todo estuviera bien.

Me gustó la ubicación porque está céntrico. La decoración es bonita e igual como se muestra en las imágenes. El anfitrión fue muy amable por WhatsApp y envío todas las explicaciones necesarias del alojamiento y la entrada. Estaba todo muy limpio y perfumado.

Estaba todo muy bien. No tiene ascensor, pero teniendo en cuenta que el edificio es histórico y no hay espacio para ello es normal. No lo recomendaría para alguien con movilidad reducida, pero para quien pueda subir escaleras sin problema.
