Entry was a bit confusing as never used those systems before but once we figured it out it was easy and efficient.

La ubicacion es lo mejor, muchos bares, supers, farmacias, todo cerca y muy bien ubicado como mucho movimiento constante, la cama muy comoda y el departamento limpio

Llegamos un viernes 19:30hs, ya habia confirmado 3 veces el check in, llego y la recepcioniste me dice que no habia ninguna reserva a mi nombre y que los de la inmobiliaria no respondian asique no me iban a dejar pasar. Nos fuimos con las valijas y lloviendo al bar de la esquina buscando que hacer, booking nos daba laplata devueta para buscar otro depto que claramente a esta altura el precio era muchisimo mayor. Despues de 2hs de estres y buscar solucionaes, la inmobiliaria contesto y conseguimos ingresar al departamento. No nos dieron nada ni un descuento a cambio del estres y las mil y un llamadas que tuve q hacer hasta que me respondieran. El balcon y la ventana del cuarto estan cerradas con vidrios por lo que no se puede abrir y no hay ni un tender como para secar la ropa que se moja en la playa. El apartamento tenia 2 baños, pero jabon para uno solo, no habia ni una sal ni un azucar. En conclusion, hay mejores departamento y espero que con mejor atencion que este.

This is a nice apartment in a great location just minutes from the beach. The apartment is spacious and has the benefit of a good sized balcony to the front. The kitchen has several small appliances but does not have a water filter which was very disappointing. They also don't provide any cloths, sponges or tea towels so be prepared to buy your own!

The apartment needs a water filter, we stayed for 2.5 weeks so had to buy around 100 bottles of water which is an awful lot of plastic wasted. The hosts say they offer WhatsApp and Chat for communication but its hit or miss whether they reply. We reported the balcony door key was missing repeatedly but they just replied (after chasing usually) of places to look. It was 100% missing and this was ignored. As the balcony was on the first floor it was a security risk to leave it open so instead we had to close all of the winter balcony louvres every time we left. For a 2.5 week stay bedding & towel change is necessary. Rio is humid and towels soon smell when not dried properly especially when there are no rails to hang them! There is no washing machine and hosts initially refused to change sheets but later agreed. It still took 4 days of chasing to get them changed though.
