The location was fantastic, quiet and with lots of shops nearby. The studio had plenty of appliances which made the stay better. Also taking into account the weather during our stay our host was kind enough to leave a fan for the room!
The only thing I can comment negatively on would be the property's front door, there is no real quiet way to close the front door. When my partner and I left the property during quiet hours, we felt bad thinking we might have disrupted other guests.

Incredibly easy to get the keys. They were located in a lockbox at the door to the property. The code was provided to us the morning of check in. Very convenient!

The service was outstanding. Fernando was extremely helpful and made every effort to provide the best possible support.
Apartment 3A is very beautiful and offers a reasonable amount of space. Unfortunately, the maintenance was quite poor. When we checked in, the wooden floor next to the toilet was completely wet, making it uncomfortable to use. It was later discovered that the issue was caused by a leak from the toilet on the upper floor, which was very unpleasant and concerning. Thankfully, Fernando was very helpful and assisted us in moving to another apartment.
