La piscine, les salles de douches, la propreté et l'architecture du bâtiment.
Pour accéder au bien, il fallait passer sur un chemin non asphalté. Le duplex est loin de tous commerce. Difficile de s'approvisionner facilement.

It had everything you needed.
The access road was very stoney so you need to drive with precaution but it could be that tarmac will be coming sometime in the future as it is an area being developed.
