The apartment is simple but comfortable enough for a short stay. The location is excellent, close to many of the attractions and amenities you would expect in this part of Paris. What disappointed me was the way my late check-out request was handled. I completely understand that there is no obligation to offer a late check-out, especially when new guests are arriving. However, in this case, there were no guests checking in that day. I simply asked if it would be possible to check out at 12:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. The response I received was: "You can stay, but you have to pay €400 for that extra hour." I thanked them and left the apartment on time. For me, it's not always about the decision itself, but the way it is communicated. A more courteous or empathetic response would have left a much better impression. Because of this experience, I would choose a different place next time, where hospitality and customer service are given greater importance. Last thing...there is no Air Conditioning. In 40 degree temperature that could be an issue.

Mauvaise insonorisation avec les bars en dessous. Et il faisait froid, et mauvaise isolation thermique

El apartamento estaba súper limpio con camas muy cómodas, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades

La ubicación es perfecta. Las instalaciones son cómodas y todo limpio. Ricas las toallas.

El aislamiento de las ventanas no es bueno, por lo que hay ruido de la calle en una de las habitaciones e del edificio en otra habitación.
