Amazing location
A location you can’t beat for Les Houches. Right on the piste and access to two lifts. Perfection.
Property was faultless, however a few teething problems with check in and WiFi that the agency were not proactive with. We were given the wrong wifi box and code so had no access to WiFi for 3 days. Phone calls were mostly not answered and it was left to us to constantly contact for updates. Staff very friendly, but lack of contact was frustrating.

Slippy sloopy slope fest of fun.
Location and kitchen stockage, large boot room, games, washing machine. Powerful showers. Clean large bedrooms. Coffee machine was good and TV with smart features.
No instructions manual. Sauna did not work (although to be fair its a luxury). No coffee pods for late arrivals. The dryer was broken. But these were all minor issue.
