Die Zentrale Lage. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es war sehr hellhörig, die Tür war komplett verzogen, sobald das Licht im Flur anging war es Hell im Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Föhn. Die Abbildung der Zimmer entspricht nicht dem was vor Ort ist, Kissen, Decke vom Bett. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts aber die Parkplatz Situation ist sehr schwierig.

L hôtel est très bien situé à proximité des lieux d’intérêt Personnel tres accueillant et sympathique
Le manque de climatisation avec la canicule difficile de rafraîchir la chambre Absence d’ascenseur ( ça nous a pas dérangé ) peut être redibitoire

L’emplacement était juste parfait, la chambre était très bien, tout ce qu’il faut pour un petit séjour. L’hôtel a son petit charme de l’ancien ! Le personnel étaient d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance incroyable. Merci encore à eux. Et en plus nous avons été surclassé ! Je recommande cet hôtel pour vous séjour à Vichy 🩵

Petit déjeuner copieux, tasse petite pour un petit déjeuner . L'emplacement bien placé . La gentillesse de la dame à l'accueil .
Le bruit !!! Aucune insonorisation . Et le non respect des clients qui arrivent en pleine nuit (Ils parlent fort comme s'ils étaient chez eux et tout seuls )
