La ubicación excelente. La trlanquilidad. Y la gente muy educada. La cercanía de la playa y su limpieza excelente.
El Apartamento tiene falta de luces indirectas en el dormitorio.

The pick up of the key was well explained, there is a big parking. The flat is big, the rooms are quite large, there is a terrace and the kitchen is equipped for cooking.
We arrived to the flat, and we had issues with the warm water. We had no indications on how to make it work, so I texted the host, but it took them more than 24h to reply, and our stay was for 3 nights. The cleaning in the kitchen was not enough, and we had to wash all dishes, glasses and pots before using them. We were 3 guests, and we got one big towel each, plus a common towel for the hands. So I had to request extra towels (and they gave us 2 extra towels). The rooms were cold (February), and we got two mobile heaters to warm the rooms, but only one was working properly. At the end of the stay, we had to take away the trash by ourselves. No soap for the shower, only for washing hands.
For the price that we paid, being totally out of season, it was too expensive for what we got.

"Location is absolutely amazing. Perfect view of the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Cadiz 15mins in car. Promenade is great. Good communication with owner. Pool was nice."
