Vasilhas e eletrodomésticos bons. Fogão funcionando, panelas, a cozinha estava ótima.
Paredes um pouco sujas. O colchão da cama de casal estava muito ruim e baixo na cabeceira. O sofá cama da sala não é tão bom e está um pouco velho é sujo.

Boa estrutura do ap, utensílios bastante úteis.
Tive um incômodo na chegada onde o proprietário não havia enviado a liberação para a portaria do condomínio, onde tivemos que ficar esperando por duas horas. Por esse motivo o proprietário entrou em contato e estendeu o horário do check-out que seria as 12:00 para as 16:00 hs isso amenizou um pouco a situação. Outro ponto é que o chuveiro não esquenta, so água fria
