The visual of the hotel when you walk in is beautiful. I love the marble floors,etc. it’s smelled very clean when I arrived and the overall experience was so nice. Everyone was very friendly, great customer service,etc. rooms are very nice size.
The fact that there weren’t any places in the shower to place your shower things on. The shower curtains weren’t long enough to keep the water off the floor. Showers need soap holders and something to hold onto so you won’t fall when showering because soap and marble mixed gets very slippery and that’s an accident waiting to happen.

Not the property’s fault but the guests were loud during the middle of the night, acting like they were at their own home

Looks like a lot of remodeling has gone on
Refrigerator leaked water on floor. Toilet seat was loose TV mounted at a funny angle ( pointing up )
