First of all, the location – the apartment is situated in a great, quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk to the Hudson River waterfront with a beautiful view of Manhattan. After a full day of exploring New York City, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Apartment was self catering and the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook, along with a large cooker, microwave, toaster and American fridge. The apartment was a 5 minute walk to the bus stop or 10 minutes to a different bus. The main area of Hoboken was a delightful mix of individual shops and restaurants, and lit up beautifully for the festive season. The bathroom was lovely with a wonderful shower and the water was always hot. Plenty of towels to use too. Beds were comfy and the wardrobes equipped with hangers. A hairdryer was also provided. Much better stay than an overpriced hotel. Excellent Irish bar around the corner, Finnigans.
The entrance hallway was covered with junk mail and gave an uninviting appearance. Although to be fair, out of the owners control.
