The apartment looked very clean at first glance and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
Unfortunately, I saw two cockroaches in the room and filmed them. Looking at older reviews, this seems to be a known, recurring issue that has not been properly resolved by the host. Additionally, the breakfast was basic (6/10), just a croissant or a sandwich with coffee. Due to the cockroach issue, I cannot recommend staying here until the problem is professionally fixed.
