Achei bem equipado e limpo. Também gostei do atendimento da anfitriã Jane - muito gentil, com respostas rápidas e práticas. Atenciosa.
Acabei me confundindo um pouco com a entrada e saída da garagem porque para voltar para o hall o sistema não reconheceu rapidamente minha biometria facial. Poderia ser tudo por biometria.

Tudo limpo e bem organizado. Apartamento com estrutura de qualidade. Além de bonito! Ótima região da cidade, muito agradável de circular de dia e de noite para ir e voltar da UFSC, por exemplo.
Única ressalva é que é um pouquinho barulhento por causa da rua, mas nada comprometedor. Vale a pena mesmo assim.
