Location and ocean views. On site parking very handy
Hot water ran out very quickly (after only one person showered). Not enough to fill the bath tub. Carpets were quite stained in the living area

The location and view from the balcony was fantastic.
It is advertised as air conditioned. The living room only had air conditioning, the bedrooms didn't. A lot of maintenance needs to be done on this apartment, the main bedroom mattress is literally falling apart on the carpet underneath it. It needs a new mattress, very uncomfortable. The sliding door to the ensuite doesn't shut, so the shower water gets onto the carpet in the wardrobe and it is smelly. The kitchen tap is falling off. Also the place needs a good clean, inches of dust on the fans, door frames etc. And it didn't matter how clean the kitchen bench was there were ants on the bench all the time.
