Quando você faz a reserva aparece um preço, na hora do chek in, são adicionadas outras taxas: como estacionamento, IIVA. Essa prática, trata-se de ludibriar o hóspede. Quando fiz a reserva, aparecia 43 dolares, quando cheguei na hospedagem tive que pagar 56 dólares. O anfitrião, não me deu nota fiscal, paguei em efetivo ( cash) o que significa que ele não vai pagar o IVA.
