The location is very close to the city center (5 minutes away) and features a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of Cerro Rico. The rooms were also very comfortable and offered the best value for their price. The staff was really friendly and accommodated all our requests (such as an earlier breakfast, keeping luggage in a secure place after check-out, etc.). If you want to book a mine tour in Potosí, I think you can do so at the reception.
The rooms looked a bit older, so if you are looking for something fancier, you might get deterred.

L'emplacement proche du centre. Chambre correcte avec eau chaude et chauffage. Personnel agréable qui a bien voulu nous servir le petit déjeuner un peu plus tôt le jour du départ car nous avions un bus . Le p.dej est un buffet très complet
On n'a pu avoir la chambre qu'à 14h le premier jour c'est un peu tard alors que sur Booking c'est noté 13h. Le petit déjeuner est servi trop tard à partir de 8h15, alors que nous avons des activités le matin.

Personnel accueillant et compétent (merci de m'avoir aidé à trouver un nouveau taxi alors que celui prévu ne s'est pas présenté car bloqué dans la file pour obtenir du carburant). Bon emplacement dans la ville et très bon petit déjeuner.
Tarif élevé pour la Bolivie et la catégorie d'établissement. La salle de bain assez vétuste et en manque d'un bon coup de ménage. Le rideau de douche est très court ce qui fait que le sol de l'ensemble de la salle de bain est très vite trempé après la douche.

Location is great and free breakfast is okay. The bed was pretty comfortable. They also allowed me to check in late.
Bathroom was dirty, with lots of hairs all over the floor and in the shower. I arrived late and only stayed one night so didn’t mention it until check out. They were apologetic, but wouldn’t discount. A shame to pay more for a private room and to have the bathroom worse than most shared hostel bathrooms. The bathroom in the reception area was also very dirty with the urinal full.
