Les Ecureuils, chambre au calme

De locatie was prachtig gelegen. Vanuit je bed kon je zo over de heuvels kijken. Het bed was heerlijk en de sanitaire voorzieningen prima.

Helaas was het keukengedeelte gevestigd in een soort bijgebouw wat niet erg praktisch was. Ook werd er verzocht geen maaltijden op de kamer te nuttigen. Dit was wel even wennen.

What a lovely escape! If you're looking for a countryside retreat that's far the hustle and bustle of the city, look no further: the room is comfortable, well-appointed and clean and the surroundings are incredibly calm. Sunsets are spectacular when enjoyed from the terrace and there is no shortage of animal life: one evening brought a deer, fox and lynx passing through the field behind the property. After sunset, darkness sets in that can only be described as "next level" which is ideal for taking in a sky full of stars (shooting stars included!) The hosts have lovingly renovated this extension of their home and are extremely welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here and be glad to return!

Arrivé très tard à 23H parce que je faisais une course d'endurance en vélo, j'ai été très bien accueilli. J'avais demandé si c'etait possible de me faire un repas et cela a été le cas, j'etais aux anges. Je ne peux que recommander ce gite, rien à redire.
