Ár-érték arány, rugalmas és kedves szállásadó (egyeztetés után mehettem előbb), könnyű megközelítés, közeli boltok, kulcsszéfes bejutás. Nagy hidegben is jó meleg lakás szabályzható fűtéssel. Kád, kényelmes ágy, modern mosógép, jó felszereltség. A nyílászárók meglepően jól hangszigetelnek, pedig közel a főút. Cukik a téli manók :)
Néhány apróság: Egy körültekintőbb porszívózás (bútorok, tárgyak alatt, mögött, mellett) növelné a komfortot. Sütő használatához plusz konyharuha vagy kesztyű jól jött volna. /Nincs lift- nehéz csomag miatt volt kicsit kellemetlen így./
