The balcony is such a win! A great space to have to settle down and relax. It does mean you get a fair bit of noise from the bars/restaurants around there. Ear plugs help at night. The apartment felt like someone's home and was very safe. The entry system is a real blast the first time you get there, but becomes much simpler.
The apartment is in a great location, right on the beach and near restaurants, but that comes with noise. The complex is quite tired and a bit dated. But for how long you're in rather than out exploring, I guess it doesn't matter.

Great location
The price was not justified for what we received. The property appeared run down, and the furnishings were notably cheap. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and only one long, lumpy cushion was provided for two guests. A deep clean was certainly needed, particularly in the bathroom. Furthermore, basic amenities like cleaning detergents and washing-up utensils were absent, and the shower and hand soap dispensers were reused, old bottles.
