Top Lage (gleich gegenüber Promenade am Strand). Ausreichende Ausstattung (keine Mikrowelle jedoch Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank+Gefrierschrank vorhanden). Lift im Gebäude vorhanden und eigener Parkplatz.
Es gab ein paar Stellen wo sich Staub abgelagert hat also wurde wohl nicht immer ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Aber damit kann man bei dem Preis leben ;)

Perfekte Lage, schönes Zimmer mit neuer Küche, gut eingerichtet; ein kleines Problem bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde sehr schnell und freundlich behoben von der vermietenden Agentur, man wird kompetent betreut

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt vor dem Strand. Die Fussgängerzone ist auch in der Nähe mit allen Restaurants usw. Die Wohnung ist gut und sauber. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt im Hof des Gebäudes.
