All of the units at the Colony Beach Club where we have stayed have been very good. Quiet beach location away from Daytona crowds. Easy access to a grocery and Hwy 44 to go inland or Atlantic Ave. to the Daytona Beach area.
The bed creaked a lot but most importantly the sleeping pillows were pretty pitiful - old, flat. Bring your own.
The instructions for entry with the keyless entry were incorrect so had to call to have unit locked. Next day management explained they hadn't updated their instructions. With new instructions we had no further issues.

The unit was nicely decorated and furnished with all the amenities of home. It was wonderful being so close to the beach. Parking was free. The hotel is close to local shopping and restaurants as well. The washer and dryer was a bonus so we didn’t have to pack as much. We got to witness a rocket launch from cape Canaveral at sunrise on the beach.
We needed help getting on internet since the information provided was wrong, but we got help for the new connection. We had to cut our stay short by 4 days due to hurricane Milton, but we will still pay for a full week. Unit is n the second floor so you will need to walk up steps to access the unit.
