It was in great location New Smyrna Beach. Could walk across the street to access beach. Gated community - always felt safe even taking dog out late at night. Pet Friendly!! Loved the fact that they had daily water aerobic classes in pool plus yoga classes. Great community atmosphere
There was a power outage - no working flashlight in unit. No dish cloths for doing dishes a few at a time. Lights in bedroom and living room were dim. Difficult to read in evening.

Nice property. Clean with decent amenities,
Hot water was an issue. Master shower didn't work at all and second bath shower was weak and only luke warm.
