The property was just as advertised. We only used the property to sleep and shower so all I can say is the beds were comfy and the showers were hot.
An added bonus (for us, anyway) was that one evening while we were there, the neighbors a few houses down were on the porch. They were playing a banjo, bass, guitar, and some other instruments and singing. It was like our own little concert. May not be everyone's taste, but we enjoyed it.
