The space
Recently renovated townhome in the heart of the city. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom gem is set up for your family and friends to enjoy. All art in the apartment is from local artists which gives it a fun & unique feel.
The living room features a wine sectional with fabulous Vegas and Fashion inspired art. The TV in the living room is hooked up with cable, so you'll have all the necessary channels to flip through and enjoy.
The master bedroom has a large king bed as well as a smart TV set up with Netflix.
The second bedroom is set up with a queen mattress and a smart TV set up with Netflix.
The third room has an adorable full bed/ twin bed bunk (no TV). Perfect for kids or a fun girls/guy trip.
We also provide a queen high-top air mattress and extra bedding to accommodate extra guests.
Pool is a community pool & is open May-October!

We moved to Vegas and needed a place for a month while we closed on our new house. 3 adults and 2 dogs. Perfect size, 3 BR 2.5 BA. Very cute, clean and updated, and great art! Cool Vegas Vibe. Clean fenced back patio with seating for 6. Dog park very close (walking distance) with poop bags and garbage can. Walking distance to UNLV, great food options, Post office in walking distance. 5 minutes drive to strip and airport, and anything else we needed on Maryland Ave (groceries, gas). Nice neighbors, quiet, felt very safe (lots of college kids). Comes with 1 covered parking space, but there's additional room (we had 3 cars total). Wifi, Amazon Prime and Netflix included. Owner was awesome and communicative. Would totally recommend. Great spot!
