The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Appliances include a range cooker with oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor doubles, one with an en-suite shower, a twin, and a single, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, along with ample off-road parking. Within 4 miles, you will find the nearest shop, and within 1.6 miles, a pub. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859.
