2 level home with 2 BR SUITES ON EACH FLOORS AND OPEN KITCHEN AND 2 LIVING AREAS. IN ADDITION, a SEPARATE BILLBOARD ROOM AND A LAUNDRY PING PONG ROOM. LOWER LEVEL WALK OUT PATIO, UPPER FLOOR WALK OUT DECKS FOR OUTDOOR DINING AND FIRE PIT AREA. LOWER LEVEL LAKE LEVEL FIRE PIT AND BOAT HOUSE WITH REFRIGERATOR. This is a beautiful home located on very nice Lake Walloon. Easy access to all points in N. Michigan. The only drawback is very spotty and weak internet. The property is definitely not handicap accessible at all. Many many steps without any type of handrails. Great for families if you are looking to boat and enjoy the lake. Really nice kitchen. The 5th bathroom as advertised is not a full bath...shower and sink only. The host is wonderful to work with.
