About this cottage rental
This unit is within a short walking distance to downtown Deadwood. It is one of our guests favorites because it was built in the early 1900's. It has been refurbished to a very comfortable place to stay. It's decorated in true Victorian Style.
We highly encourage our guests to look at our property pictures.
This unit is divided by a pocket door and entryway with another unit.
It has a kitchenette (for preparing simple meals, no sink)
Central yard offers a hot tub and BBQ kitchen area
Community outdoor BBQ kitchen area and hot tub.
Guest can call the owner about 30 minutes before they want to check in . The owner will meet guests at the property to give them the passcode to their cottage’s door and get them checked in. His number is also posted inside the cottage if they have any questions.
The Wild Bill Cottage is perfectly located next to a major resort and amenities. It is close enough to walk downtown, but still private enough to enjoy the hot tub and outdoor kitchen area.
Our property has on site free parking and the city Trolley stop is half a block away.
Owner's office is in the property.
We do NOT allow more than 4 people in this unit.
NO smoking of any kind in this property.
Pet fee: $25.00 per pet per night.
This fee is NOT included in your reservation through Airbnb. The pet fee has to be paid upon arrival.
*Please keep in mind that bringing more than the allowed number of people for this unit and/or avoiding paying a pet fee can result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking*
-Please help us keep this property pet friendly by being responsible with your pet during your stay and following our policies.
-Pet Fees: $25.00 per pet per night. This fee must be paid at check-in.
-Pets are not allowed on beds nor furniture. Pets cannot be left alone in the cottage unless kenneled.
-Damage caused and the resulting charges, i.e. carpet stains, wall damage, furniture damage, etc. will be the responsibility of the tenant.
-Make sure the number of guests on your reservation is correct.
-No smoking of any kind. If you smoke inside the cottage your reservation will be cancelled without refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.
-Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes or any other materials are prohibited and can cause major issues, at the guest's expense, to our plumbing.
- Furniture, fixtures and lighting may not be moved or rearranged.
- Please use electricity and water responsibly.
-Please feel free to call, text, or use the app to contact us if you have any questions about the property or if you need any additional information regarding parking, access or check-in/check-out procedures.

This is a cute perfect little cottage for anyone looking for a two bedroom stay with all the comforts of a motel plus extras but privacy of a house with old fashion charm. The decor location and extra touches such as water station makes this cottage stand out as well as the BBQ pit and hot tub!! Hosts were fabulous and made sure you are very comfortable!! Will be back!! Very happy and satisfied!!! 5 stars is not high enough of a rating!!

This was a very fun place to stay. The decor was exactly as expected. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. The host was available if needed. Thank you Lee for taking such great care of us.
