We loved this house and the property, it was perfect! Had everything we needed and was very comfortable for us and our three kids. The house has anything you need and the location was close to everything. This was our first time in the Show Low/Pinetop area and we loved it! We will be back and stay longer. Thank you

This was our first experience using this kind of service. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sink full of dishes, dirty countertops/floors/bathrooms, & untidy beds. The host was notified, he responded quickly and was overall very communicative. We were unable to make other accomadations on such short notice, so we decided to make the most of our situation, and stay. We were granted access to cleaning supplies and extra bed sheets/towels. The host refunded the cleaning fee for our stay but no other accomodations were made for the oversight or inconvenience. Despite our first impression and once we cleaned up, the place was cozy & nicely furnished/decorated, just wish we were able to enjoy it right from the beginning.
