Caribbean sea its a 5 minute walk; you will find this privileged location has everything within walking distance. It's the perfect place to unwind in a 3 floor apartment full of natural light. A queen-sized bed, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment features a private rooftop terrace that allows you to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening!

Ave. The beach is a few steps away. As soon as you get to the condo you will notice you have everything at hand and it is perfect for long or shorts walks.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
