This minimalist-inspired condo will completely submerge you into the Pura Vida mindset, for an unforgettable time away! The condo is equipped with a Smart 42' TV, a kitchenette, comfortable couch, and an outdoor seating area featuring a brand new BBQ. The prettiest part of Coco beach is just across the street from the complex. Next door you will also find the Pueblito Plaza, which features restaurants, a café and a mini grocery store.
The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach.
One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.
The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.
Guests can access to the outdoor seating area in front of the unit, the shared pool area and the common laundry.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

They take great care of us.
Love the unit, the location cannot be beat anywhere. Beach, pool, restaurants, groceries, etc less than a block. We are happy campers.

We have been here for 5 months and appreciate the service.
We really like our unit and the Surrounding restaurants and mini mart. Very handy, and close,. beach is across the street! Its great.
Christian and Jorge take care of our safety and the grounds.

Great little spot across the street from the beach.
The only downside to this spot was no oven and tiny kitchen. Otherwise it was a nice spot, clean, beautiful pool area. Would rent again.

We absolutely loved our time here! My family and I had an amazing vacation, and the condo, although compact, had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the outdoor chairs and enjoying the lovely pool in the complex.
The location was perfect; everything was within arm's reach, and the town was really close. We particularly appreciated the accessibility of the ground floor unit, which made it easy to bring in our suitcases and groceries. Coming in and out of the complex was a breeze, and having laundry facilities available was very helpful.
Anytime we needed assistance, the EquityKey Group was always responsive and ready to help. We highly recommend this place and their services, and we will definitely be coming back again!
