You wouldn't want to miss this pretty and charming house for a relaxing holiday! It is situated in a very sunny and quiet location in the district of La Motta in Maloja. The surrounding area is spacious, opens onto an open field and invites you to linger on a deckchair. The balcony faces west and offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. The bedrooms are very spacious and offer children plenty of room to play. All rooms are very bright and lovingly furnished. The house was partially renovated in spring 2023. There is a fireplace in the living room for cosy evenings in front of the fire. The luxury is not in the technical equipment of the house but in the simplicity, simplicity and in the cosy atmosphere and proximity to nature.
