This stunning holiday home is located in Benajarafe,
This stunning holiday home is located in Benajarafe, about 30 km east of Málaga, in Andalusia, on the beautiful Costa del Sol. The beach is just 500 meters away, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
The house features modern and comfortable décor. On the spacious rooftop terrace, you can unwind in the cozy lounge chairs, soak up the sun, and enjoy breathtaking sea views.
On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with two comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a TV with international and German channels. From here, you have direct access to the large terrace, which is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, a spacious dining table, and two sun loungers—perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals. There is also a guest toilet on this floor for added convenience.
The first floor features three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed.
The other two bedrooms each have two single beds.
Each bedroom has its own wardrobe for plenty of storage space.
Across from the bathroom is the entrance to the large, bright, and modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a wide range of dishes and kitchen utensils.
The staircase is equipped with a child safety gate for extra security.
The washing machine is located on the rooftop terrace, in an indoor area, making it convenient to hang clothes outside to dry.
The large communal pool is located right in front of the house. It features a children’s pool and accessible entry for people with reduced mobility.
