About this resort
This beautiful front row house is located on the Island at Sam's Beachcomber Resort. The resort offers the best of Lake Havasu. Everything you need to enjoy the sunshine to the fullest is waiting for you at Sam's Beachcomber Resort including private access to the lake with private beaches, launch ramps and boat docks, as well as horseshoe pits, pool and spa, recreation center and a billiards room. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your patio and walk down to your waiting boat!

"Boats/Jet Skis are not allowed to moor in the cove between B and C overnight. Boats may temporarily moor on the shoreline during the day, but they will need to pull off of the beach area by sundown. Boat owners can rent a boat slip, park in their designated space/site, or make a reservation for the Point Parking area. There will be a $500 fee imposed on all violators."
WATERCRAFT POLICIES: Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort requires registration and insurance for any boat or personal watercraft that is brought into the resort. These documents need to be presented to the Sam's employee at check-in. The watercraft must be owned by the sublessee staying in the resort. Our boat launch is free of charge. Boat slips are available to rent on a first-come first-served basis. Boat slips can accommodate up to a 26' boat. Rental fees for October through March are $20/day, $80/week, or $250 per month. Rental fees for April through September are $30/day, $120/week, or $300 per month. Contact the Security Guard to request a boat slip at time of check-in.

The place was clean and comfortable and loved the view ! We feed a roadrunner that loved little pieces of cheese.
