The Condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Over looking the pool is always a nice treat. You can even see the Sarasota Bay in the distance. It has everything that is needed, with a focus on detail. The host communication is immediate. And for the area, a short drive to the beach and downtown Sarasota with great restaurants and nightlife. Hope to be back!!

We had an amazing time here. Kimberly was so accommodating to us. This unit is so well stocked. Super clean. We felt as though it was our own home. Thank you so much for helping make our vacation so memorable. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at 509. The host was available to help with anything you need. The condo was spotless, so homely, I slept so well. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Access was very straightforward. The Strand is a beautiful place with a warm pool that is never too busy and a great gym. There were people cleaning the communal areas most days, it is maintained really well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had to find another place to stay after our normal location was affected by the hurricanes. We chose this place because of the serene pictures of the unit, the wonderful pool area and the convenient location. The location is a short drive to downtown, the grocery, the beach, and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.
