Welcome to The Boho House. This elegant designer home, located in the heart of Central Florida, has everything you need for your stay.
Memory foam mattresses, Smart TV's and a game room too!
This fun property is very family friendly with pool floaties, BBQ, video+board games, crib, high chair, outlet covers and pack ’n play/travel crib. Perfect for vacay or WFH / Remote work.

Distances from Orlando main destinations:
• Medieval Times Dinner Show & Tournament: Walking distance. 1-2 min drive
• Walmart: Walking distance. 1-2 min drive
• Disney Parks: 18-28 min
• Universal Studios: 25-30 min
• Sea World: 22 min
• ESPN Wide World of Sports: 18-22 min
• Vineland Premium Outlets: 22-25 min
• Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores 15-17 min
• Convention Center: 25-28 min
• Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center 15-18 min
The Boho House is the perfect setting for your family’s getaway. This community is quietly tucked away from the noise, but close enough to feel like you're in the heart of it all!
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• There is a $30 cleaning fee for grill use!
• Pool can be heated for a fee:
$75 for 3 nights or less
$125 for every 7 nights
***Please no smoking $350 Smoking fee minimum will apply.
Pool maintenance happens every Wednesday between 8am to 10am. They will enter through the side gate and work quietly. If you have pets please bring them inside.
Landscaper will come Friday or Saturday morning twice a month!

Please note the Trash Schedule:
Wednesday @ 6am - Recycling & yard waste (Blue lid & Yellow lid)
Thursday @ 6am - Trash (Brown lid)
You’ll need to take the bins to curb the night before. So please take recycling and yard waste if there is any to the curb on Tuesday night and the trash to the curb on Wednesday night.
Propane is not provided but can be swapped for a full one at the local Walmart for about $19. Walmart is 3-4 minutes away, very close!
There is a $30 cleaning fee for grill use!

This home had the most comfortable beds. I had the best night sleep! Location was clean and roomy and as advertised. We had a driveway so didn't experience nay parking problems but the parking in the neighborhood is not the best. The folks park on both sides of the street so if you have a large SUV it can be a bit challenging. Besides that, it was a wonderful place and great host!

Title: Disappointing Experience at a Misrepresented Vacation HomeI recently had the opportunity to stay at a vacation home that, despite its promised luxury status, ultimately fell short of my expectations. One notable positive aspect of my experience was the host’s exceptional communication throughout my stay; they were always prompt and attentive, willing to address any inquiries or concerns.However, the property’s location posed significant challenges to an otherwise pleasant visit. Situated near a landfill, the home was regularly permeated by a deleterious odor that rendered outdoor enjoyment nearly impossible on most days, detracting from the overall experience. Furthermore, the amenities provided were insufficient lacked many basic essentials typically found in comparable homes. This shortcoming was particularly disappointing given the property’s classification as a luxury rental. While some superficial upgrades had been made, these alterations did not elevate the home to the standards one would anticipate for the price point advertised.On a more positive note, the home's location was strategic and convenient, with easy access to various stores, shops, restaurants, and numerous Disney attractions. This aspect did provide a certain level of enjoyment and accessibility to local offerings.In conclusion, while the vacation home was not entirely devoid of merit, it was ultimately misrepresented in terms of luxury and appearance. I would recommend potential guests
